Welcome to Iberian Center. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.iberiancenter.com) and the purchase of our language and cultural classes. By booking a class or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Services and Booking Iberian Center provides Spanish language instruction and cultural activities based in Windsor, Ontario, with standard lessons primarily held online. All bookings must be made through our website or official contact channels. We offer a 50% discount on your first class.

2. Payment and Subscriptions Payments for classes or monthly packages must be made in advance. Prices are subject to change, but active subscriptions will be notified prior to any changes.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens. However, to respect our native instructors' time, we require at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be fully charged.

4. Cultural Activities & In-Person Events For in-person events in Windsor, Ontario, specific cancellation policies may apply depending on the venue and nature of the event. Iberian Center is not liable for personal injury or property damage during these external events.
